Head Earth portrays a solitary figure whose head has transformed into an entire landscape. Flowers, wild plants, fragments of color, and untamed growth replace the familiar features of the face, creating a living world that is both beautiful and overwhelming. The figure stands quietly beneath a vast violet sky, unable to fully see or be seen, as though trapped within a reality of his own making.

Created as part of the See You Tomorrow series, this painting emerged from a deeply personal place. It reflects a period of emotional isolation, where thoughts multiplied like dense vegetation and every attempt to move forward seemed blocked by invisible walls. The island was never physical. It existed within the mind—a place where longing, memory, fear, and hope grew together until they became impossible to separate.

Inspired by the spirit of The Hanged Man, the artwork explores surrender, limitation, and transformation. Rather than depicting escape, it captures the moment before liberation arrives. The figure remains suspended between captivity and freedom, waiting for a new perspective capable of revealing a path home. Sometimes growth requires action. Sometimes it requires patience. And sometimes it asks us to endure uncertainty until understanding finally emerges.

This artwork is a tribute to anyone who has felt stranded within their own inner world, searching for connection, rescue, or meaning. It reminds us that even when we feel lost on a distant island of our own making, the possibility of transformation is already growing beneath the surface.
